PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping (not including the weekend or statutory holidays) Orders received after 3:30 PM will be processed the following business day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands. If you receive the incorrect product, please email us at support@tyrolpickleball.com and we will help get things sorted out and the correct products on their way!

SHIPPING

We offer free standard delivery through UPS. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking URL. Once the package has left the facility, it is out of our hands. Please make sure your order and address are correct. Shipping is estimated to take 5-7 business days however, UPS is currently experiencing a higher number of delays and lost packages. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen please contact our support team support@tyrolpickleball.com.
